hi, i’m joseph, also known as the breath coach! my passion is helping both everyday people and athletes unlock the full potential of their breath. with training in the oxygen advantage method, I bring a science-based approach to breathwork that supports physical performance, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. my goal is to make breathwork accessible to everyone—whether you’re looking to enhance endurance, manage stress, or simply live with more presence.

start your morning immersed in the rhythm of the ocean and the rising sun, as we connect deeply to our inner world. this guided meditation session will help you reset, energise, and align with the natural flow of life, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed for the day ahead!

what to expect:

  • time: we begin at 5:15am

  • location: meet on sorrento beach (map will be sent upon booking)

  • duration: 30mins

  • what to bring: a towel or yoga mat, comfortable clothing for the beach, and your readiness to breathe with intention.

through breath-focused techniques, we’ll work to:

  • increase oxygen flow for a natural energy boost.
